Our latest Japanese inspired wall hanging. This geisha is on a split background enjoying a quiet moment of contemplation with a beautiful shot jade and golden geometric motifs.
Her kimono is a rich textured cream, her underdress a soft purple while her elegant obi is made of a beautiful floral.
This hanging is created with machine appliqué and hand embroidery offering the opportunity to practice on a small scale. There are opportunities to personalise with how you create her hair decoration and fan.
The kit contains all the fabric to make the front of the hanging including the binding. There are detailed instructions and full size paper templates and layout sheet.
