Delivery & Returns

We want to make shopping with Village Fabrics simple and worry-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver your order and what to do if you need to return something.

Delivery Information

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • You’ll receive an email once your order has been shipped.

UK Delivery

  • Standard delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class).
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50.
  • Typical delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Click & Collect

  • Free collection from our Stockwood Studio, Redditch.
  • Available Wednesday–Friday, 10:00–14:30.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to collect.

International Delivery

  • We ship worldwide.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
  • Typical delivery times: Europe 5–10 working days, Rest of World 7–14 working days (customs may add extra time).

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind you can return most items within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund (excluding original delivery costs).

How to Return

  1. Contact us at 01491 204100 / villagefabrics@live.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Return the item(s) in their original condition within a further 14 days.
  3. Please include proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) with your return.
  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Exclusions

  • Digital downloads are non-refundable once downloading has begun.
  • Fabric cut to your specification cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Opened kits, patterns, or other items that cannot be resold for hygiene/copyright reasons may not be eligible.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
