A quilted cover for a display folder, in the Japanese boro tradition of patching and mending with scraps of fabric and rows of running stitch. This is our new blue colourway, a Village Fabrics original.
On the front, patches of navy prints, flowers and printed hexagons sit on a cream background. The back has a leafy print between two navy strips, five rows of running stitch run down the spine, and inside there is a pocket on each side and a loop for a pen.

Who it suits
A good project if you have made a few things already and enjoy hand stitching. Every boro panel is laid out by hand, so no two covers come out the same. The instructions include full size layouts of ours, to follow exactly or to use as a starting point.
