Osnaburg is a natural coloured fabric, similar to calico but with visible seeds within the weave. Osnaburg fabric has a coarse weave, making it ideal to embroider on. It also provides an interesting background for appliqué. We have used osnaburg for our ‘Girls’ patterns.
