This wall hanging brings a breath of fresh air to your home. This is the second in an occasional series. Beach Huts was the first one.
The colourful cornfield always brings back memories of my childhood, just before the harvest was brought in. The meadow flowers add depth and opportunities to enhance the design with appliqué and machine and hand embroidery. This project is going to be suitable for the confident quilter. Machine and hand embroidery are used to give definition and add finer details.
The kit contains the cotton fabrics to complete the front of the wall hanging, including the binding, detailed instructions, full size templates and layout diagram. You could make this into a bag front.
