The inspiration for this quilt came from the Beth Studley range of fabric called Henna Magic that is used in the kit. The swirls and triangles in the designs lead to the idea of circles and swirls in the additional appliqué.
There are 15 different cotton fabrics combined to make this quilt. There is sufficient fabric to make the quilt top including the binding.
There is needle turn appliqué and 1/4 square triangles in this medallion style project. You build out from the centre adding frames and borders. This would be suitable for the confident beginner.
These vibrant colours give the wow factor as this quilt becomes a statement piece in your decor.
